The human remains found less than ten miles southwest of Superior have been identified as an adult black female, according to Pinal County sheriff’s authorities.
A camper discovered the remains inside of an abandoned freezer three miles from the intersection of US 60 and Picket Post Road, said PCSO spokeswoman Vanessa White. The scene was secured at noon by the Superior Police Department and PCSO deputies took over the investigation at 1 p.m., she said.
Investigators have not identified the woman and have not released how long the woman may have been inside the freezer.

It is so sad now a family will not hve the christmas that they deserve. hope the person who did this is founr soon. My heart and prayes go out to this family. I will also say God is gong to deal with this person just as well as the police are.
“God” won’t do anything.
AuntFlo is right. If “God” was going to do anything he would have prevented it. That’s more religious BS. As for Lynch M All, his sense of humor is as poor as his IQ score. Too bad it wasn’t him in the freezer. That would have been worthy of applause.
AuntFlo: Not true.
Lynch: Totally outrageous, gross statement. Where’s the ‘report abuse’ button?
What’s wrong with you people? How dare you argue with the existance of god when this is about a human life taken away at an early age! This isn’t a joke or an excuse for you to denounce what someone believes in when they are stating that they care! I’m from Superior, and in my early 20’s, and this is scary, and sad, AND REAL! Not to mention they still don’t know who this is and it could possibly be someone that I know. And the fact that my neices and nephews and WHOLE FAMILY still live in that town scares me even more. Take into consideration the people that are affected by this (like the young woman found, and her family and loved ones, and the people who live in superior who are frightened by this) and get over yourselves and your petty arguments about whether or not god does or does not exist.
i’m with you sparkz any comments on this issue ought to be showing compassion for the family.
