Two men were found guilty of several crimes related to a 2007 shooting at Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s office.
Jesus Valdez Aguilar (pictured right) and Francisco Norzagaray (left) kidnapped a man on Dec. 15 after he refused to give the duo $900 once they lured him into the backseat of their vehicle, a release states.
The victim tried to jump from the moving vehicle but one of suspects grabbed his shirt from behind to pull him back inside. The victim jumped again but not before one of the men shot him in the back, according to the release.
The victim required numerous surgeries to correct the damage from the bullet.
Both men, who are in the country illegally, were found guilty of attempted first degree murder and kidnapping. Norzagaray, 26, was also found guilty of forgery. He has two prior convictions and has been deported once before. Aguilar, 22, has one prior conviction, according to the release.
What is it going to take to make people understand that the illegal alien crime wave is real. Don’t tell me that American citizens commit crimes , they have a right to be here and we must live with their behavior. Illegal aliens should not be here at all, not here can’t commit mayhem here, get it.

The governor should declare open season on all illegal aliens begining 48 hours after having given them notice to exit the United States borders. Enough is enough! When our government and sworn law enforcement officers refuse to enforce immigration laws then american citizens must organize militias to do it ourselves. Any public official who stands in the way should come under the same open season policy. Those surviving shall be tried for treason, deriliction of duty and obstruction of justice. Once convicted they shall be hanged in view of the public at Phoenix Central Park.
How did they “lure” the man into the back of their car? Something’s not right with the “victim” either. Get them all off the street.

Look at jail statistic that american citizen are the majority in jail.
