An armed man stole a woman’s mini-van around noon Sunday as she loaded groceries into it at Food City, 450 E. Southern Ave.
The man held a gun to the woman’s head and demanded her keys.
He left in the white 2002 Ford Windstar, which had an Arizona temporary tag, tinted windows and “Amway Global” across the window.
The robber was described as Hispanic, 35-40 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches, 170 pounds, brown hair and green eyes.
He was wearing a blue and white plaid long sleeve shirt and green camouflage pants tucked into black combat boots.

With all the people now taking CCW classes and traveling armed, those car jack perps should begin to think twice. That assumes they can think at all or beyond their own ‘entitlement’ needs.
Defending yourself in the Food City Parking lot, Walmart or Dillards, Inner City or Borgata, makes no difference.
Maybe that is what it will take - maybe not. Stay tuned.

What a idot for stealing a car with distinct, easy to spot markings. RobnAZ that was closer to the truth than you think, let alone funny. When a car or truck south of the border crashes and spills their load, they get swarmed by the locals who instead of helping the people in the crashed car, take everything they can from the crashed car or truck. It happens everyday and it happend to my sisters mother in law. THEY JUST WANT IT FREE! THAT IS WHY THEY ARE HERE! WE GIVE IT TO THEM FOR FREE!
