courts are too lenient with violent criminals………but go steal a dollar and oh boy, prison time…………..you get less time when you kill someone you rob then to just rob them…………the courts are messed up…….

WAIT A MINUTE…THIS PERP WAS ON “PROBATION” FOR DISCHARGING A FIREARM AT MESA POLICE OFFICERS……”PROBATION”. …WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH OUR LOCAL COURTS. HOW CAN A JUDGE GIVE PROBATION FOR A CRIME LIKE THIS???? HOW CAN THE MESA CITY ATTORNEY ALLOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN???…WHERE WAS MESA POLICE CHIEF GEORGE GASCON???…WHY WASN’T HE YELLING AND SCREAMING ALL OVER THE NEWSPAPER AND TV MEDIA ABOUT THIS??..WHY WASN’T CHIEF GASCON PROTECTING HIS OWN OFFICERS. NOW WONDER THE MORAL AT THE MESA POLICE DEPARTMENT IS AT ROCK BOTTOM. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT THE MESA POLICE OFFICER CALLED THEIR CHIEF FOR NOT STANDING UP FOR THEM???…IF I WAS MESA MAYOR SCOTT SMITH WHO HAS THE ULTIMATE COMMAND OVER THE MESA POLICE DEPARTMENT…I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE JACKING UP THE JUDGE, THE MESA CITY ATTORNEY AND TELLING GASCON TO PACK HIS BAGS IF HE COULDN’T AT THE VERY LEAST “STAND UP FOR HIS OFFICERS”…WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO COMMAND RESPONCIBILITY??…CAN YOU IMAGINE MARICOPA SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO ALLOWING SOME PERP TO GO ON “PROBATION” AFTER TAKING A COUPLE OF “POT SHOTS” AT HIS DEPUTIES….NO WAY, HOZAY…NO WAY.
