This loser has two prior felony convictions from 2005, and served two years and was only released in June. He was rearrested in July on a new charge that is an additional pending felony. He was out of jail on “Release on Recognizance” by Maricopa County Superior Court when these crimes were committed.

I wonder why the court allowed this guy to be on the street with two prior felonies and a felony arrest in July. If he had been locked up in July as he should have been, rather than “Released on Recognizance” These three victims would have been protected.

I believe the Maricopa County Superior Court has some explaining to do as to why this individual was on the street and able to threaten the public.

oh, its good he gets caught………..but how many times do we ever get to hear about the “real” consequences these offenders get………like real prison time and not some hype in the news, fines and probation - if that……….in pinal county i follow up on the vast majority of offenders and its just unreal how people get off with such lenient sentences, and repetitive offenders at that……..i hope mariocpa county is better at prosecuting than pinal county cause pinal county needs some serious help where justice is concerned….
