The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office says one of its detention officers has been booked on suspicion of sexual assault and kidnapping.
The sheriff’s office says 28-year-old Clayton Buycks has worked for it for five years.
Buycks was immediately placed on administrative leave with pay.
The sheriff’s office says Buycks is accused of fondling a female inmate in the elevator of the East Courthouse in downtown Phoenix late last month while she was being taken to court to face drug charges.
A sheriff’s office news release says the inmate was apparently handcuffed at the time of the assault, resulting in the kidnapping count.
you know what they do to correctional guards in jail, right? Feel sorry for this dude!

I am surpised the liberal hate mongers haven’t tried to blame this on Sheriff Joe. After all, it’s his fault this guy, who is one of hundreds that work for the MCSO, did this. He should know each and everyone of them personally. Similar to the left blaming everything on President Bush. After all, it is his fault that the hurricanes keep attacking New Orleans. Goes tight along with the conspiracy that he had with the terrorists to fly into the World Trade Center. Yep, it would sure make me sleep better a night knowing the party of Al Franken is in charge.

You’re jumping to the conclusion that he is guilty! He’s suspected and therefore innocent until proven guilty. The “trash” might be the one in the handcuffs facing drug charges that just may have made false allegations to minimize the affects of her crime and try to get her charges dismissed.
He is actually not ghetto at all and an eduacated married man with two young children.
Being married and educated has nothing to do with what turns some people on. Lots of people hide secrets from the ones they love. Don’t be so sure he is innocent.
