Chandler police are searching for two men who forced two people down on the floor, including one with an infant, during a robbery Monday.
Police said both robbers were described as Hispanic. One is about 40 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and heavy-set. His accomplice is in his early 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build. Both were wearing a light-colored shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap.
Chandler police spokesman Detective David Ramer said the robbery occurred about 1 p.m. at Tania Discoteca, 1060 N. Arizona Ave.
The two men ordered a clerk and a customer, who was holding a child, onto the floor at gunpoint and stole less than $1,000. Police wouldn’t say exactly how much was stolen.
Ramer said he will release a sketch of the robbers when it becomes available.

Ok, so Doc, you aren’t scoring high points with anyone on any of the stories you comment on, but that probably doesn’t bother you. I wonder, what nationality are you? Should we assume that all of those who are of the same nationality are as ignorant as you? We have a large Hispanic population here, so yeah, there are going to be some unsavory characters among them. I think instead of focusing on the fact that they are Hispanic you should be more ticked at the CRIME! Scroll through the section, Hispanics aren’t the only ones who screw up! And yeah there are immigration issues that need to be dealt with, but that’s a different discussion. Also, nowhere in the article did it say that the two Hispanic men were ILLEGALS!
