Chandler police are seeking help in a bank robbery case. At approximately 10:45 a.m. Saturday, a man robbed the M&I Bank at 1990 W. Chandler Boulevard. The man entered the bank and yelled for every one to get down on the floor. He had tellers give him money, which he put into a black backpack before fleeing. He is described as white, in his early to mid-20s, approximately 6-feet tall, average build, with short light brown wavy hair. He may have had a goatee and/or heavy stubble. He wore a white long sleeved button down shirt, black gloves, blue jeans and a nylon stocking over his head with dark sunglasses.
Chandler police have released an image of the man from the bank’s surveillance video. They ask anyone with information to call (480) 782-4130.
Why don’t they have video cameras outside the bank to get a description of this guy before he put on the stocking or a license plate of his getaway car? No one noticed him leave the bank? If I saw a guy with a stocking over his face leave a bank I would follow him & call the cops & let him be arrested. He probably bought crack with the money.

Hey Valerie…How do you think they got the description? An alert citizen saw him leave the bank and did as you said, followed him and got that good description. How else would they know he had curly hair under that stocking mask he was wearing. Do a little better observation before you make a comment.
Do the sunglasses go over or under the pantyhose?
The have to go under the pantyhose, otherwise they will fall off… not that I’m speaking from experience or anything….haha
