A 20-year-old Ahwatukee man, who advertised stolen weapons for sale on his MySpace page and bragged about his numerous neighborhood burglaries, was arrested by the Department of Public Safety on two counts of misconduct involving theft, weapons and burglary on Wednesday.
A DPS release states that Justin Christoffers tried to jump over the wall in his mother’s backyard when members of the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) came to arrest him at her home.
Christoffers is a convicted felon, the release said, and DPS believes he is a suspect in several burglaries in the area east of the intersection of 48th Street and Elliot Road, where the arrest occurred.
The release said that Christoffers may also be charged with being in possession of firearms.

this is justins mother, those guns were not his, that person who they belong to him, sat beside us and was going to let him take the rap for it and he left without taking any thing of his, but the police were able to place the guns where and who they belong to, my son knows not to have any guns, but this guy wasnt in our home no more then 24 hrs, my son has done very well this past summer, cuz i have been very sick and he helped watch over me, he caught me a few times and now he will have to do his ten mo in jail if i have cancer, i love my son and bonded with him so tight this summer becuse we had alot of talks, but he wont face the facts it might be cancer cuz my mom died of cancer and he was alone for this. one day i was so bad and thats when i found out how loving and content he can be, u need to know the facts about things
