A 38-year-old Gilbert man was arrested Tuesday after he used his 8-year-old son’s social security number to lease an apartment and open an account with Salt River Project.
Officers arrested Harold Bray just before 9 p.m. when he arrived at Gilbert police headquarters for a scheduled child custody exchange.
Police didn’t release information saying how they discovered Bray was using his son’s information.
He was booked on identification theft charges.

Funny. When illegal aliens steal someone’s identification, the police don’t do anything. How convenient.
I was thinking the same thing…. Get out there and start arresting all those others stealing American citizens ID!!
