What began as an indecent exposure call to police Wednesday turned out to be a homicide.
Officers responded to an alley between Roosevelt and Diamond street just before 6 a.m. and found the body of a man in the alley with his pants down and multiple gunshot wounds.
Police don’t know if the man was killed in the alley or dumped there sometime during the night.
He is described as 20 to 25 years old. His name hasn’t been released, because police are still trying to identify him and find his family.
An investigation is ongoing.
