A Mexican man was sentenced Tuesday to seven years in prison for pistol whipping illegal immigrants he was holding hostage in March.
Asuncion Flores-Gutierrez, 33, was one of four suspects who held a group of illegal immigrants hostage on March 14 in a west Phoenix stash house, forcing them to turn over more money than their agreed upon smuggling fees.
Jose Benavides-Ochoa, 25 and Mario Leon-Olea, 56, both of Mexico, were sentenced earlier this year to seven and five years respectively in connection with the case, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. A juvenile was also involved but his court status was unavailable.

Send them back to Mexico under armed guard. Give them to the people of Mexico to support for the next 5 and 7 years. If they come back again shot first ask questions later
