I have been pulled over late at night for such inane reasons as......not having my flasher on when turning right from a right turn only lane......making a wide right turn onto a three lane road.......not signaling a lane change.......having a radar detector on my windshield (it needs to be on the dash or in the corner of the windshield, it's blocking my view?). Not once had I had a single drink, was weaving or driving "funny" or have I ever had any DUI infraction. The police see these violations thousands of times each day and they don't pull anyone over for those, when the sun is shining? Why not? While arresting DUI offenders is great, I would like to know how many innocent drivers were pulled over and not charged?
