Authorities have announced three new sex offenders in the East Valley.
Kevin R. Rogers, 51, is moving to 9252 E. Broadway Rd #67 in Mesa. Rogers was convicted of three counts of indecent/lewd acts with a child, three counts of forcible oral sodomy and one count of forcible anal sodomy in Dec. 1987 in Oklahoma for incidents involving three boys. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison and was released in Sept. 2004. Rogers had previously been convicted of sexual assault in 1979 in Nebraska, where he was placed on five years probation.
Francisco Villalobos, 39, is moving to the 17900 block of East Mews Road in Queen Creek. Villalobos was convicted of kidnapping in May of 1992 and sentenced to 10 years in prison in Arizona. Deputies reported that Villalobos sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in 1990 when he was 22 years old.
Shawn Freck, 35, is moving to the 22200 block of East Via Del Palo in Queen Creek. Deputies said Freck was convicted of kidnapping, sexual assault and aggravated assault in July 1997 for sexually assaulting a woman he knew in Sept. 1996.
