Two cousins were recently arrested for filling a U-Haul with stolen goods totaling $1,647 taken from Wal-Mart stores in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, a court document says.Leanndraine Michelle Estrada, 22, of Superior, and Erica Francine Jimenez, 19, of Gilbert, were caught Monday at Wal-Mart, 2750 E. Germann Road in Chandler, according to a San Marcos Justice Court document.Estrada rented the U-Haul and was moving to Florida. She told police she needed the goods for her baby and a yet to be born child, the document says.They admitted to having no intention of paying for the merchandise which was recovered from the back of the U-Haul.She was alone at the first stop in Mesa where she selected a tote bag and filled it with clothes, toilet paper and paper towels before leaving.She then picked up Jimenez and they went to the Gilbert store where they took household items and left without paying.The last stop was the Chandler store where they put Halloween decorations in a bag and Jimenez put a cradle in a cart.When they exited the store an employee asked for a receipt and they kept walking. But store employees eventually detained them until Chandler police arrived.Estrada was booked into jail on suspicion of shoplifting and third-degree criminal trespassing. Jimenez was booked into jail on suspicion of shoplifting.

Its great to see more scumbag thiefs getting caught. Too bad they will be back out doing the same thing next week with our crappy laws.
shoplifting and grand theft auto dont even interest the police anymore. Need to crack down on these ****heads.
