Three Florence High School students allegedly were involved in an attempted armed robbery at a local business on Thursday, according to a letter sent home to parents from Florence High School administrators on Friday.Off duty Department of Corrections officers foiled the robbery and alerted the Florence Police Department.But two of the suspects fled the scene and returned to school with police in pursuit. They were taken into custody at school. No weapons were found.

At least they are not very far from where they will stay for the next 5-10. There parents must be so proud of their little boys. Will that spall town will have something to take about for the next few weeks.
