Nick Martin reported last night that a 2-year-old girl had to be pulled from a backyard pool in Mesa Thursday night for the second time this year.Officials said the girl is OK, but police are still investigating what happened at the home at 1328 E. Fountain St.Officers said they found the child lying on the pool deck while her grandfather gave her CPR at about 8:15 p.m. Mesa firefighters took over and were able to clear the child
