This department has gone too far. Gang signs = suicide by cop? They are worse than any gang. They keep insisting that these gangs exist but where are they? Who are they? What are they responsible for beyond “flashing signs,” and random grafitti? In Mesa , the police can take credit for far more murders than any gang can.
