A man who robbed a south Scottsdale smoke shop Friday morning pepper sprayed a customer before he got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.The man, described as being in his 30s or 40s and wearing a red shirt with ragged shorts that feature roses on them, entered the Coughing Canary Smoke Shop at 7162 E.
