Mesa Businessmen Indicted for Fraud

Three executives of a former Mesa payroll servicing company were indicted this week on federal charges of fraud and tax evasion. A Utah grand jury returned a 45-count indictment on Thursday against Scott M. Boley, 46, and Robert Langford, 54, both of Mesa, and Douglas Morby, 49, of Ogden, Utah, following allegations that the trio withheld $4.6 million for taxes from the salaries of its customers
