A man shot himself in the foot Thursday before wounding the guy he was aiming with a couple shots. Both men, neither of whose names were immediately available, were treated for minor gunshot wounds. The altercation started about 2:30 a.m. at the Tails West Motel, 6205 E. Main St. A man who was trying to collect on a debt pushed another man onto a bed. The guy on the bed grabbed a handgun and began firing off rounds, striking himself in the foot and then hitting the other guy in the upper thigh and hand.
