Police are looking for information on who shot and killed David Andrew Clapp, 34, Monday in a Phoenix apartment complex.Clapp was shot in the center courtyard, near the pool about 1:45 a.m. at the Northern Point Apartments, 1905 W. Las Palmaritas Drive..Clapp had been in an argument with an unknown man, when another unknown man pulled out a gun and shot Clapp, police said.Police are looking for any information on the shooter, his associate and the person who the Clapp had been with prior to his death.
