Pauline Bolton of Chandler will be beaming with pride on Tuesday when Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio adds her to his 3,000 member posse of volunteers.Bolton - the 101-year-old mother of Phoenix police officer Levi Bolton, wanted to spice up her life - so what did she do?She recently asked Arpaio to make her a member of his posse that consists of men and women who perform a myriad of volunteer duties.There was just no way the sheriff could shoot down her request.At 9 a.m. Tuesday, (May 29) Arpaio will bestow Bolton with her badge during a ceremony at her assisted living home in Chandler, and she’ll become the oldest member of the posse.What will Bolton’s duties be?She’ll be placed on "special duty" by serving as head of security at the nursing home where she’ll be in charge of keeping everyone there in line, Arpaio said.
