Arizona highways are going to be filled with smokies during the Memorial Day weekend looking for the drunk and the stupid. The Arizona Department of Public Safety said in a press release that their troopers had to cancel days off and adjust shifts so they can saturate the highways to look for drunken drivers, speeders, aggressive and reckless drivers and they’ll also be enforcing the seat belt and child restraint laws. Twenty six people died over Memorial Day weekends of 2005 and 2006.
